Project Control Team

A Project Control Team (PCT) is established for each office refurbishment project to keep the client project team updated on project progress. This group oversees management of the commercial office fitout and it includes relevant members from Sheldon.

The role of the PCT is to review, approve and modify as required without assuming the role of the Project Manager.
