Our commercial interior design projects follow a six-phase process consisting of:

Continuously Improving Commercial Fitout Services

In order to consistently provide the best office interior design and commercial fitout service, Sheldon continuously evaluates and upgrades our processes and project management systems to ensure that they stay unequalled to anything else in the market.

For example, one significant change that Sheldon achieved is the complete integration of our PYTHA and MANAGER database systems.

PYTHA is similar to CAD, but is integrated to program our factory’s machines, thereby accurately producing the necessary parts for joinery items. It has resulted in:

• Significant improvements to manufactured items
• Minimised reworks/defects
• Decreased production time
• Reduced material wastage

This integration has also increased accuracy, quality, ease of production and consistency of products.

MANAGER is our estimating and purchasing system, offering enhanced project and factory scheduling and precise job cost and time analysis. Our ability to track a project’s progress and report key pieces of project information back to our clients is significantly enhanced.

Underpinning our internal focus on improving and commercial fitout processes, our certifications include:

	ISO14001 Global Mark Environmental Management Systems: a framework to monitor environmental performance, we aim to minimise the environmental impact of our office interior designs. This is achieved through producing GECA-certified workstations, a comprehensive waste management plan and        dedication to using recycled material as much as possible in our manufacturing facility.
	OHS AS4801 Global Mark OH&S Management Systems: both in-house and on site, we maintain rigorous OH&S systems, covering manual handling, hazard management, incident reporting and investigation, return to work practices and more. We invite client project team members to review our        systems, records and statistics.
	ISO9001 Quality Management Requirements: ensuring the wellbeing of our staff and customers, the QMS provides a framework for establishing, reviewing and improving performance objectives – from the earliest commercial interior design stages through to handover.
	Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA): in accordance with ISO14024 we are recognised for environmental excellence in our office interior goods and services with all of our manufactured workstations Level A certified.

To further ensure that Sheldon Management Systems are working effectively we undertake a yearly external audit (every 3 years for GECA), recording to date Sheldon has successfully passed all audits including joining an elite group of companies who have achieved certification on their first attempt. Continuously reviewing these systems, Sheldon maintains an organisational culture that fosters continuous improvement.
