Peter founded Sheldon in 1989, as an innovative approach to commercial design and construct services. He pioneered the development of Sheldon’s inhouse divisions to streamline the project process, from project management to design and manufacturing to electrical. His attention to detail has seen Sheldon continue to strengthen, with over sixty employees and thousands of clients.

As the First Nations Engagement Leader and a Board Member, Robyn’s passion is seeing Sheldon’s growth by ensuring the best customer experience is achieved always. Robyn also drives Sheldon’s Reconciliation Action Plan and other community involvement.
With over 10 years’ management, recruitment, facilities management and administration experience, Belinda is the entire team’s go-to person for all things HR. Her exceptional organisation and dedication to the team have her assisting in all aspects of the business.
With a successful career spanning more than two decades, Andrew is acknowledged across multiple industries for identifying and amplifying the potential of ventures, projects and company operations, leveraging his proven track record for adding and creating value whilst delivering responsible growth and robust commercial results.
He strengthens the finance team through his talent for cultivating relationships and negotiating with influence. His key skills lie in strategic and operational planning whilst maintaining a continuous improvement focus to drive efficiencies, increase productivity and reduce costs. Sheldon’s recognised trouble-shooter and change champion.
Roxane is an experienced Interior Designer and skilled Project Manager who now works as Sheldon’s Account Director. With design experience ranging across hundreds of workplace projects to foreign embassies, Roxane knows how to marry form, functionality and process. Roxane works with the team to develop new business and innovate the design and project management teams to deliver Sydney’s best office transformations.
Client Relationship Director
Robert joined the Sheldon team in 1992 as a site manager, and his roles have since seen him move across varied divisions of the business, providing true insight across the end-to-end approach. Robert believes that people are the most important asset to any business and has built a close-knit team at Sheldon.
As a Business Development Manager at Sheldon, Freddie is responsible for developing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships and working with the Sheldon team to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
Tony is responsible for maintaining Sheldon’s key relationships and compiling reliable costs involved in a project. Involved early on, he will assess the materials, labour and equipment required, and gather and analyse quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers, creating a budget accordingly. Tony has a great understanding of the project lifecycle. As well as commercial interiors, Tony has worked across a range of sectors, including shop fitouts and hospitality spaces. A self-starter, Tony has the experience to find the best and most accurate options.
Leading our dynamic interior design team, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to our team. Her expertise lies in curating designs that not only visually captivate but also elevate the overall user experience. Danielle ensures that each space reflects the unique identity of our clients while optimising the functionality of space. As a passionate and supportive leader, she fosters an environment where creativity flourishes, inspiring our team to achieve new heights in transformative design.
Craig is responsible for managing Sheldon’s partitioning division, extracting the best value for money from his team for clients.
Having worked at Sheldon for over 9 years, Andrew’s role is to manage to operations of Sheldon’s in house manufacturing division.
With a strong customer focus, Andrew provides clear leadership and has the ability to direct personnel & teams towards maximum performance. This ensures that time frames are met and budgets are adhered to, from the start of production to final installation.

Marc is responsible for overseeing the operations on site across projects and ensuring that a project comes in on time and within budget.
Senior Project Manager
Vivian has over 10 years of experience in project management, contract administration and management. She is always passionate about making the difference by delivering better outcomes and services for all stakeholders. She also has proven experience in assisting and completing projects with a meticulous attention to detail, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
At Sheldon, Vivian communicates closely with our designers, delivery team and all stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and with a high level of quality in a sustainable manner.
With proven project management and leadership skills, David has a great depth of experience from 20 years of working within the construction industry in both Australia and the UK. David’s skills include leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resource and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Throughout the construction process, David manages project progress by adapting work programmes as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines, risks are identified and mitigated and practical completion dates are met with a high level of quality.
in the Manufacturing Depot in the 1990s, Malcolm progressed his way from Manufacturing Manager to Project Manager before heading off to work for some other major commercial construction companies.
With this extensive experience Malcolm is an asset to the Sheldon Site Management team, always ensuring that sites are being kept to an impeccable standard.
Always the first one to step in and help resolve an issue on site, Malcolm is quick to work to a resolution to keep things moving safely and efficiently.
Having always worked in the construction industry, Ian was inspired to take on a more senior role at Sheldon.
Ian ensures progress is made on site in accordance with program deadlines. He liaises closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the process, keeping his project team updated at all stages., quickly addressing any issues that arise
Having worked on and managed sites in both Australia and New Zealand and across a number of industries, Hasan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Sheldon’s site teams.
Hasan ensures progress is made on site in accordance with program deadlines. He liaises closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the process, keeping his project team updated at all stages, quickly addressing any issues that arise.
Having previously worked within our design team, Jacqueline is experienced in managing any document requirements for council approvals, working with private certifiers where required.
Understanding the bridge between design and construction, Jacqui liaises with contractors and suppliers to get the best possible result on your project.
Throughout the construction process, Michael manages project progress by adapting work programmes as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines, risks are identified and mitigated and practical completion dates are met with a high level of quality.
With over five years of experience in project coordination, Matthew specialises in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring best practices in project planning, execution, and reporting.
Matthew is heavily involved in collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as project teams, clients, vendors, and senior management to identify project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Matthew has extensive experience in creating project schedules, tracking project progress, identifying potential roadblocks, and developing contingency plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Luke is an important part of the construction process, ensuring the administrations are all completed and up to date [pre, during and post construction]. This ensures that movement on site continues to progress and jobs are completed on time.
On site, he also assists with the WHS perspective as well as Quality Management to ensure a high end finish is provided to all our clients across all projects.
Having previously worked within our design team, Marco understands the bridge between design and construction, allowing communication of doccumentation between divisions to run smoothly. Marco liaises with contractors and suppliers to get the best possible result on your project.
Rosa’s diverse experience in high-end residential, commercial, multi residential and hospitality projects has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in each sector. She possesses the ability to work on projects from the conceptual stage through to final completion.
