INSPECT, INVESTIGATE & PRESENT REPORT
Initial site inspections & investigation works to ascertain the condition of the property & building elements.
Present remedial building report to owners, summarising observations & recommendations deemed necessary.
PROJECT SCOPE OF REMEDIAL WORKS & TENDER DOCUMENTATION
Confirm the extent of the project works with the owners, in line with budget expectations.
Prepare the tender package with project scope of works, detailed drawings and engineering specification, cost schedules and tender documentation, draft building works contract.
TENDER PROCESS & CONTRACT CONFIRMATION
Issue the tender package to a minimum of three suitable contractors for pricing.
Review and tender submissions and provide recommendations for the owners review.
Confirm the selected contractor with the owners & execute the building works contract (AS 4905 –Minor Works Contract).
CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
