The works will be carefully planned with the subcontractors and the building management team, ensuring all works are completed in accordance with the house rules and code requirements.
To minimise any impacts to existing tenants, works will be carefully planned with clear communication of the proposed scope and method. We will ensure the right level of protection is put in place prior to starting work, and all risks are mitigated. We will have professional cleaners on standby to ensure any dust is cleaned out prior to completion and that the space is left exactly as it was prior to the works.
