Robert joined the Sheldon team in 1992 as a site manager, and his roles have since seen him move across varied divisions of the business, providing true insight across the end-to-end approach. Robert believes that people are the most important asset to any business and has built a close-knit team at Sheldon.

As Director and Board member, Robyn’s passion is seeing Sheldon’s growth by ensuring the best customer experience is achieved always. Robyn also drives Sheldon’s Reconciliation Action Plan and other community involvement.
As the Sales Director at Sheldon, David is responsible for developing new business opportunities, as well as working with his team to assist with their development both professionally and personally.
Starting as a draftsperson in 1997, David has since worked across the full spectrum of roles at Sheldon. He has developed a number of strong relationships through his involvement in project management and costing.

Roxane is an experienced Interior Designer and skilled Project Manager who now works as Sheldon’s Account Director. With design experience ranging across hundreds of workplace projects to foreign embassies, Roxane knows how to marry form, functionality and process. Roxane works with the team to develop new business and innovate the design and project management teams to deliver Sydney’s best office transformations.

Peter founded Sheldon in 1989, as an innovative approach to commercial design and construct services. He pioneered the development of Sheldon’s inhouse divisions to streamline the project process, from project management to design and manufacturing to electrical. His attention to detail has seen Sheldon continue to strengthen, with over sixty employees and thousands of clients.
Tony is responsible for maintaining Sheldon’s key relationships and compiling reliable costs involved in a project. Involved early on, he will assess the materials, labour and equipment required, and gather and analyse quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers, creating a budget accordingly. Tony has a great understanding of the project lifecycle. As well as commercial interiors, Tony has worked across a range of sectors, including shop fitouts and hospitality spaces. A self-starter, Tony has the experience to find the best and most accurate options.
With over 10 years’ management, recruitment, facilities management and administration experience, Belinda is the entire team’s go-to person for all things HR. Her exceptional organisation and dedication to the team have her assisting in all aspects of the business.
James has more than ten years practical industry experience combined with tertiary qualifications in construction and project management. His strong background in project management makes him skilled at managing complex building projects across the residential and commercial industry sectors.
Simple, high-impact design is Kania’s mantra. With over a decade of experience in the commercial fitout industry, Kania is perfectly placed to manage your large-scale project. Kania will monitor how your space is used and make recommendations to ensure your people get the most out of your new office design.
Daniel brings a unique, integrated background in both the design and project management fields to your project. His role as pre-construction senior project manager ensures consistency is maintained from the onset of the fitout. Daniel works closely with all departments to ensure any buildability issues are flagged at the start, any risk mitigated, and control is retained.
Greg has proven experience managing the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. Greg’s easy going nature ensures that his client’s are kept up to date throughout the project, from the early stages of setting and managing programs, budget and planning, tendering and procurement, contract and cost management, through to managing head contractors and driving sub-construction teams on site.
Jacqueline loves to create spaces that combine her two loves, design and technology. Her creativity has her designing workplaces with functionality and connectivity in mind to ensure people feel empowered and have the correct tools to work at their best.
Heading up our Electrical, Data & Technology division, Daniel is on hand throughout your project to answer any questions you may have. He works closely with Internal IT Managers to assess a business’ technical needs and future proof new office fitouts. His experience in the electrical field includes domestic and commercial fitouts and construction, through to management of maintenance contracts in a commercial environment.
Sophie Le Couteur
After gaining a Bachelor of Design, Sophie’s background turned to communications and she brings 7 years experience experience in the field to Sheldon. Having worked with businesses of sizes from small startup teams to large corporate organisations, Sophie’s discovered that her passion lies in creating content for a field she loves – interiors.
As a Senior Project Manager at Sheldon, Mario is a highly motivated and adept Project Manager with over 18 years’ experience within the construction industry. Mario has experience managing projects of all shapes, sizes and budgets, and consistently delivered on time and within budget, to leave a long lasting impression on all involved stakeholders.
After completing a Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial), Catherine joined Sheldon with experience in office design and hospitality fitouts. Catherine will work with you from concept through to construction, collaborating with you each step of the way. She will develop your brief, space plan, create visualisations, specify colours and finishes, and style your work environment.
Lucas brings over nineteen years of hands on experience in the construction industry to your project. Previously a qualified electrician, Lucas has been in a site management role in the fitout industry for over a decade – and brings a unique, well-rounded knowledge to the job.
After completing a Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial), Danielle joined Sheldon with experience in office design and hospitality fitouts. Danielle will work with you from concept through to construction, collaborating with you each step of the way. She will develop your brief, space plan, create visualisations, specify colours and finishes, and style your work environment.
Working closely with the Sheldon project team, Ian takes responsibility for all site activities. He will assist with the site set up, then overseeing it from project commencement through to handover. Ian will also oversee the delivery of materials, ensuring they conform to the building guidelines and that all contracted staff adhere to Sheldon’s strict safety and quality standards.
With over 20 years experience in commerce, Scott manages the finance function at Sheldon. This involves both financial managing and reporting, while enhancing the financial systems and controls.
Liana joins the Sheldon team with background in accounting across a range of industries. She assists Scott in ensuring all aspects of our accounts department runs to its greatest capacity.
Josh is responsible for overseeing the operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that a project comes in on time and within budget.
