Our core leadership team consists of individuals who have embodied the Sheldon way since founded in 1990 who work alongside an exclusive and impressive portfolio of staff with life-long stories and experience to tell. Peter Law

Peter founded Sheldon in 1989, as an innovative approach to commercial design and construct services. He pioneered the development of Sheldon’s inhouse divisions to streamline the project process, from project management to design and manufacturing to electrical. His attention to detail has seen Sheldon continue to strengthen, with over sixty employees and thousands of clients.

Robyn Law

As Director and Board member, Robyn’s passion is seeing Sheldon’s growth by ensuring the best customer experience is achieved always. Robyn also drives Sheldon’s Reconciliation Action Plan and other community involvement.

Patrick Cole

Patrick Cole, joins the Sheldon family to develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance Sheldon’s operations and processes. Alongside his five year history of working as a consultant for Sheldon, Patrick has brought a significant wealth of knowledge through his extensive accomplishments and experience within a range of industries, fund management and advisers, manufacturing, commercial interior design and fitouts, property development, commercial importers, tourism and medical professional services.

Roxane Kourakis

Roxane is an experienced Interior Designer and skilled Project Manager who now works as Sheldon’s Account Director. With design experience ranging across hundreds of workplace projects to foreign embassies, Roxane knows how to marry form, functionality and process. Roxane works with the team to develop new business and innovate the design and project management teams to deliver Sydney’s best office transformations.

Robert Bagatella

Robert joined the Sheldon team in 1992 as a site manager, and his roles have since seen him move across varied divisions of the business, providing true insight across the end-to-end approach. Robert believes that people are the most important asset to any business and has built a close-knit team at Sheldon.

Head of Project Management

Tony Constantine

Tony is responsible for maintaining Sheldon’s key relationships and compiling reliable costs involved in a project. Involved early on, he will assess the materials, labour and equipment required, and gather and analyse quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers, creating a budget accordingly. Tony has a great understanding of the project lifecycle. As well as commercial interiors, Tony has worked across a range of sectors, including shop fitouts and hospitality spaces. A self-starter, Tony has the experience to find the best and most accurate options.

Belinda Maybury

With over 10 years’ management, recruitment, facilities management and administration experience, Belinda is the entire team’s go-to person for all things HR. Her exceptional organisation and dedication to the team have her assisting in all aspects of the business.

Sales Director

David Monardo

As the Sales Director at Sheldon, David is responsible for developing new business opportunities, as well as working with his team to assist with their development both professionally and personally.

Starting as a draftsperson in 1997, David has since worked across the full spectrum of roles at Sheldon. He has developed a number of strong relationships through his involvement in project management and costing.

Jacqueline loves to create spaces that combine her two loves, design and technology. Her creativity has her designing workplaces with functionality and connectivity in mind to ensure people feel empowered and have the correct tools to work at their best.

James Brook

James has more than ten years practical industry experience combined with tertiary qualifications in construction and project management. His strong background in project management makes him skilled at managing complex building projects across the residential and commercial industry sectors.

Electrical, Data & Technology Manager

Daniel O’Brien

Heading up our Electrical, Data & Technology division, Daniel is on hand throughout your project to answer any questions you may have. He works closely with Internal IT Managers to assess a business’ technical needs and future proof new office fitouts. His experience in the electrical field includes domestic and commercial fitouts and construction, through to management of maintenance contracts in a commercial environment.

Senior Interior Designer

Danielle Wilkinson

After completing a  Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial), Danielle joined Sheldon with  experience in office design and hospitality fitouts. Danielle will work with you from concept through to construction, collaborating with you each step  of the way. She will develop your brief, space plan, create visualisations,  specify colours and finishes, and style your work environment.

Josh is responsible for overseeing the operations of the whole site on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that a project comes in on time and within budget.

Ewi Stephens

With over 25 years of experience in construction, Ewi has built strong relationships with many people across our industry. He has worked on numerous projects covering fitout, refurbishment, service upgrades, new build projects and external façade works.
Ewi works closely with our teams to plan and manage high-risk activities, ensuring all protocols are followed and that all our Sheldon sites are safe.
Over the years Ewi has proved that HSEQ compliance can be achieved through digital platforms and is considered an innovative leader with many construction technology businesses.

Plasterboard Manager

Steve Hall

As the first employee to join the team over 29 years ago, Steve has a long history at Sheldon. He has an impressive knowledge of the fitout and construction process alongside extensive carpentry and joinery knowledge. These valuable skills enable him to evaluate the costs of distinctive design features quickly and precisely as well as seamlessly coordinate trades and suppliers and provide recommendations for engagement and scheduling. With a strong attention to detail, Steve is able to consistently present true and accurate project costs from Sheldon’s comprehensive database system, ensuring that clients receive accurate project costs, relative to their unique scope of works.

Bronwyn Gruar

Bronwyn has over 15 years experience in a range of different industries with her primary focus on corporate administration, software management, team coordination and high level events. Bronwyn joined the Sheldon Team in January 2020 to assist the CEO, COO and HR Manager.

Daniel Lewis

After completing a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management at Western Sydney University, Daniel joined Sheldon with having over 6 years of practical experience in the industry on multiple projects across Sydney, a 4 year cadetship with a large commercial building company, and 2 years as a Project Manager for a landscape construction company.

As part of the fitout Project Management division, Daniel’s role is to oversee projects from start to finish to ensure delivery on client and stakeholder expectations.

Site Manager

Ian McIntosh

Working closely with the Sheldon project team, Ian takes responsibility for all site activities. He will assist with the site set up, then overseeing it from project commencement through to handover. Ian will also oversee the delivery of materials, ensuring they conform to the building guidelines and that all contracted staff adhere to Sheldon’s strict safety and quality standards.

Senior Contracts Administrator

Moussa Azzouni

With over 10 years’ experience in the industry through site management and contracts administration, Moussa has joined Sheldon Commercial Interiors as a Senior Contracts Administrator.

With a vast background within the fitout industry, Moussa’s main role is to assist the project management team with the estimating, tendering, procurement, contract negotiation and overall management of multiple projects as well as assisting the site management team with HSEQ reviews and general site reviews.

Simple, high-impact design is Kania’s mantra. With over a decade of experience in the commercial fitout industry, Kania is perfectly placed to manage your large-scale project. Kania will monitor how your space is used and make recommendations to ensure your people get the most out of your new office design.

David Pursehouse

With proven project management and leadership skills, David has a great depth of experience from 20 years of working within the construction industry in both Australia and the UK. David’s skills include leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resource and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Throughout the construction process, David manages project progress by adapting work programmes as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines, risks are identified and mitigated and practical completion dates are met with a high level of quality.

Leanne Reveley

Leanne came onboard with Sheldon in May 2021 as a Project Manager. With a background in quantity surveying and experience in programming, procurement, and contract management, Leanne’s strengths are cost control, budgeting and value engineering. She has extensive and diverse knowledge of the fitout and interiors construction market with projects ranging from $500k to $14m. Responsible for delivering multiple projects in accordance with the time, cost, and quality objectives of the project, Leanne’s enthusiastic and adaptable approach to work means that she enjoys taking on new challenges.

Kirralyn Hitchcock

Kirralyn joined in 2021 and champions the Sheldon brand, marketing, communications and digital strategies. She ensures that Sheldon is aligned with market needs and keeps on top of the latest trends in the industry. Having come from an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate, Kirralyn has a wealth of knowledge to offer in the Industrial and Office space.

Romi Peacock

After completing a Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial), Romi joined Sheldon to learn and develop her skill set. Through travelling Romi found a love for architecture and interiors and aspires to challenge herself to generate environments to inspire those who occupy them.

Rikke Thomson

With qualifications in Hotel Management, a career as a Function & Events Manager, Mum to four and insurance start-up experience, Rikke can handle just about anything that gets thrown her way. Keeping our office running seamlessly with her can-do attitude and incredible ability to multi-task, Rikke’s zest for life in evident in all tasks that she manages. But most importantly, Rikke make sures that everyone is made to feel welcome the second they walk through the door.

With over 30 years of experience in the construction and fitout industry, Con brings a wealth of knowledge to the Sheldon team.
A natural leader, Con leads the project team through all phases from pre-construction to delivery with a strong focus on client service and satisfaction.
His unparalleled motivation, time management skills and technical skills mean that stakeholder expectations are always met and projects are delivered on time.
Con has a reputation for building trust and rapport with his clients, consulting teams and subcontractors. This ensures that all projects run smoothly and a high level of quality is always achieved.

Assistant Accountant

Jan Larsen

Jan joined the finance team in 2021 with his primary focus being payroll, accounts receivable, payable and financial reporting. Originally from Norway, Jan came to Australia as a student and has now lived here for almost 20 years. With professional experience stretching across almost two decades, Jan has worked as an Auditor in public practice and later as a Financial Accountant in several different industries including engineering, pharmaceutical and medical devices. He has also worked internationally including Norway and UK, and is a fully qualified member of CPA Australia.

Shaireen Singh

Diligent and result-oriented Chartered Accountant with 10 years’ experience in an accounting role ranging from education, automotive, hospitality, freighting and chartered background with demonstrated history of working in a fast-paced, challenging and collaborative environment with the flexibility to adapt seamlessly to the constantly evolving accounting processes and technology.
