Robert joined the Sheldon team in 1992 as a site manager, and his roles have since seen him move across varied divisions of the business, providing true insight across the end-to-end approach. Robert believes that people are the most important asset to any business and has built a close-knit team at Sheldon.

As Director and Board member, Robyn’s passion is seeing Sheldon’s growth by ensuring the best customer experience is achieved always. Robyn also drives Sheldon’s Reconciliation Action Plan and other community involvement.
As the Sales Director at Sheldon, David is responsible for developing new business opportunities, as well as working with his team to assist with their development both professionally and personally.
Starting as a draftsperson in 1997, David has since worked across the full spectrum of roles at Sheldon. He has developed a number of strong relationships through his involvement in project management and costing.

Roxane is an experienced Interior Designer and skilled Project Manager who now works as Sheldon’s Account Director. With design experience ranging across hundreds of workplace projects to foreign embassies, Roxane knows how to marry form, functionality and process. Roxane works with the team to develop new business and innovate the design and project management teams to deliver Sydney’s best office transformations.

Peter founded Sheldon in 1989, as an innovative approach to commercial design and construct services. He pioneered the development of Sheldon’s inhouse divisions to streamline the project process, from project management to design and manufacturing to electrical. His attention to detail has seen Sheldon continue to strengthen, with over sixty employees and thousands of clients.
With over 18 years in the construction industry, growing, evolving and gaining valuable insight and experience within various industry players, working within Sheldon’s design and construct culture feels like home. James has developed the knowledge, capability and leadership bringing a cohesive team together and deliver successful projects.
With over 10 years’ management, recruitment, facilities management and administration experience, Belinda is the entire team’s go-to person for all things HR. Her exceptional organisation and dedication to the team have her assisting in all aspects of the business.
Always a designer and draftsperson, Michael joined the team in 2008, with a first class honours degree in Architecture from the University of Technology. Leading hundreds of office design projects, Michael balances client requirements with the finer points of spatial design, acoustics, lighting and aesthetics.
Simple, high-impact design is Kania’s mantra. With over a decade of experience in the commercial fitout industry, Kania is perfectly placed to manage your large-scale project. Kania will monitor how your space is used and make recommendations to ensure your people get the most out of your new office design.
As Project Manager, Steven works closely with the project, design and sales teams to plan, execute and handover projects within budget, on time and whilst maintaining design intent. Steven thrives on creating partnerships with his clients, providing them with a high degree of reassurance. Steven’s forte is in his ability to meet his client’s expectations as they journey through a project transformation, from a simple drawing to as built construction.
Tony is responsible for maintaining Sheldon’s key relationships and compiling reliable costs involved in a project. Involved early on, he will assess the materials, labour and equipment required, and gather and analyse quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers, creating a budget accordingly. Tony has a great understanding of the project lifecycle. As well as commercial interiors, Tony has worked across a range of sectors, including shop fitouts and hospitality spaces. A self-starter, Tony has the experience to find the best and most accurate options.
Jacqueline loves to create spaces that combine her two loves, design and technology. Her creativity has her designing workplaces with functionality and connectivity in mind to ensure people feel empowered and have the correct tools to work at their best.
Eager to tackle complex, challenging jobs, Faisal is a responsible for planning and organisation of projects. Faisal brings a wealth of experience with over ten years in the industry, including background across interior fitout and refurbishment to commercial management, estimating and cost reporting.
Sophie Le Couteur
After gaining a Bachelor of Design, Sophie’s background turned to communications and she brings 7 years experience experience in the field to Sheldon. Having worked with businesses of sizes from small startup teams to large corporate organisations, Sophie’s discovered that her passion lies in creating content for a field she loves – interiors.
Alex has designed beautiful office spaces for companies around the world, adding a touch of artistic flair to his designs. A master of hand-drawn renders, he has spent time as a Professor’s Assistant tutoring in Damascus University, and the International European University.
James has more than ten years practical industry experience combined with tertiary qualifications in construction and project management. His strong background in project management makes him skilled at managing complex building projects across the residential and commercial industry sectors.
Heading up our Electrical, Data & Technology division, Daniel is on hand throughout your project to answer any questions you may have. He works closely with Internal IT Managers to assess a business’ technical needs and future proof new office fitouts. His experience in the electrical field includes domestic and commercial fitouts and construction, through to management of maintenance contracts in a commercial environment.
Kit joins the Sheldon team with extensive background in accounting across a range of industries. She assists Sanju in ensuring all aspects of our accounts department runs to its greatest capacity.
Sanju ensures all aspects of our accounts department runs to its greatest capacity. Sanju joined the team as assistant accountant and his success in this role has progressed him into the head of the accounts department, with assistance from Kit.
Mick brings to Sheldon over 28 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, shop fitting and office fitouts. He has a proven track record and wealth of experience in managing small to large-sized construction projects, and the day-to-day operations of a construction site.
