Hilti’s existing office space did not reflect its culture or convey the brand identity to visitors or staff. The team felt as though the space wasn’t warm or welcoming, and needed to become modern, agile and inspiring.
Following a workplace strategy and visioning session, the team knew that it needed to remove closed, fixed spaces which were wasting space. Operating in an environment that was paper heavy, full of outdated furniture & closed spaces with partitions.
The new design works to the design brief created within the workplace strategy. While it maintains individual workspaces, there are large collaborative areas and fit for purpose meeting rooms for staff and visitors alike, the circulation flows, while spaces to gather and socialise are throughout the design.
