APN | 5x Speculative Suites

Overview

With a very tight timeframe and specific budget in mind, the building owner at Rhodes Corporate Park wanted to split 1,000sqm of space into five contemporary speculative fitouts, targeting the new age small businesses.

Solution

The design concept focused on creating a future proofed space. This was done through a variety of quiet and collaborative zones which provide a choice of work settings aligning with the modern day user.

Due to value engineering from our in-house design teams, Sheldon created a strong design concept that would fit within the desired budget. Consistent and clear communication across all in-house departments brought this project in on time and within budget.

Result

The result was five stunning suites, in a now open and contemporary space. Each suite in a different colour palette, with classy finishes and décor that didn’t break the bank. Four suites were leased immediately with the other two shortly after.
