Reinvigorating the workplace of an iconic brand.
Following a competitive procurement process, Sheldon was selected to undertake the renovation works due to our in-house capability and innovative design solution. As tenants in the same building, we were familiar with the building, space and requirements that Coca Cola needed to meet to refresh their workspace.
Solution
Sheldon provided an innovative, creative and economical Design and Construct solution which reflected the Coca Cola brand and aesthetic, while addressing their need for sustainability through the re-use of the existing fitout.
The highlight of Sheldon’s solution revolved around opening up the reception space. This was achieved by taking down the existing reception wall divider which reveals the great view as you walk in, and activates a sense of flow, connecting the two floors.
Result
Sheldon articulated our understanding of the Coca Cola brand through our workplace solution and strategic insight-driven approach to design and construct an “Urban Village Concept”. Key benefits to Coca Cola include increased collaboration, engagement and boosted employee morale.
While the pandemic caused changes of course, we were able to guarantee business and project continuity as we responded and adapted to circumstances. With our in-house joinery manufacturing facility, working alongside our experienced project managers, designers and our electrical department, we are proud to say that we delivered Coca Cola North Sydney on time and on budget.
