Successful transformation of a not-for-profit’s workplace.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation partnered with Sheldon to deliver their new workplace, seeking a considered and quality focused approach that balanced functionality, warmth and cost responsibility. The intent was to create a calm, uplifting environment where staff could work, meet and collaborate comfortably while reflecting the values and sensitivity of the organisation.

Solution

Sheldon managed the project end to end with clear communication, consistent updates and attention to detail at every stage. Joinery elements, including custom timber lockers manufactured through Sheldon’s factory, brought warmth and texture into the space. Cost effective timber batten partitioning provides a sustainable solution that divides the workplace while still allowing natural light to pass through, creating defined zones without compromising openness or visibility.

Result

The completed workplace has been embraced with genuine enthusiasm, offering a warm, light filled setting that reflects both the professionalism and heart of the organisation.

Testimonial

“There were many aspects of the way Sheldon managed the project which were impressive. Attention to detail, clear and regular communication, and a genuine commitment to doing whatever it took to meet deadlines and budget. However, just as importantly was the personable and respectful approach in working with the NBCF team which, for us, made the project enjoyable and gave us immense confidence that, as work progressed, the outcome would exceed our expectations.”
