Sheldon’s project team completed building upgrades within our client Peakstone’s prime Sydney CBD asset at 45 Clarence St. Our existing relationship with the client and experience in the building ensured our team’s ability to provide a fast-paced program. The works spanning Level 17 and 18 included a complete upgrade of the lift lobby areas and bathrooms on these floors, providing a strong first impression for tenants and visitors to these floors.
