A dynamic space that emphasises workplace wellbeing.

Longstanding client LaSalle engaged Sheldon for Level 20 following the successful completion of Levels 5 & 6, 323 Castlereagh St. LaSalle needed a future proof design that aligns with the dynamics of a post-Covid workspace. The drivers were to create a unique and dynamic space that allows for ad hoc areas to support future ways of working and emphasises the importance of workplace wellbeing.

Solution

In its sensory consideration, Level 20’s focus on employee wellness contributes a new lens to view office design, including the warm imagery, natural light optimisation and biophilia, utilised to provide comfort by bringing the outside in.

Designing to support connection in the post-pandemic world, this workplace reconsiders both scale and privacy. Level 20 is a space that integrates plug-and-play workstations to allow for comfort and collaboration during a dramatic change in workplace demands.

Result

The project was delivered on time, within budget and to a high level of quality. The final product is a true testament to the Sheldon’s in-house capabilities. LaSalle expressed that they received a lot of interest in the leasing of the space. Sheldon was awarded another spec floor fitout as a direct result of the achievements of this project.
