Solution

The previous single tenancy fitout on level two of this building was dated. We completed a make good of the entire floor before beginning the fitout construction. This included the construction of inter-tenancy walls by Sheldon’s partitioning team. The partitioning involved curved walls and an exposed slab and ceiling grid, all of which are considered design elements.

Working with services engineers we issued the services drawings and worked together to meet both the client’s budget and the engineer’s requirements. We reused mechanical services ductwork to minimise both cost and our environmental impact on this project.

Once the layout of four suites was decided upon, we designed detailed speculative suites that meet the needs of current and future workplaces and incoming tenants. With considered layouts of open plan workstations, various sized meeting rooms, and plentiful collaborative and breakout zones, these suites showcase the expertise of our teams in designing speculative suites. Sheldon-manufactured joinery is highlighted through timber battening cleverly dividing spaces, as well as in all kitchen joinery, planter boxes and workstations.

We also redesigned and refurbished the existing bathrooms and lift lobby area on this floor.
