Views over Lane Cove National Park provide a calming green outlook, and workstations are located to maximise these views. Each suite provides a strong visual connection to the local environment.

Sheldon joinery is used to its full potential, including the reception desks in different styles, kitchen joinery and seating with inbuilt planter boxes, and round collab tables. These timeless styles ensure that the spaces will suit a wide range of future tenants.

These suites prioritise open planning, including generous kitchen breakout areas, open plan desk and collaboration zones. Exposed ceilings are featured in a curved design, reflecting a curved design on the flooring. Indigenous designed carpets from supplier Milliken floors are used prominently through each suite, tying into the overall tones and supporting the Indigenous designer of these carpets. Non-engineered stone benchtops from supplier SNB Stone are featured throughout each kitchen, in a luxurious touch that is reminiscent of a high-end residential kitchen.
