A uniquely experiential Vision Centre showcases the client’s development.
Alongside Sheldon’s design and delivery of five suites in this Macquarie Park development, we were engaged to construct a Vision Centre for the client in the same building. The Vision Centre is a space where prospective tenants come to learn about the new building and what it offers. It’s an experiential room, with models of the buildings and area, hanging artworks and a large meeting room/presentation area.
Solution
Sheldon inherited an existing design for this space and collaborated with the client and our internal divisions to value engineer in order to solve issues. This ensured that we could complete construction within the desired timeframe, and achieve a high quality Vision Centre and adjoining office for the client’s team.
The adjoining office space flows out from the Vision Centre, providing meeting rooms, booth seating and open plan workstations to accommodate for the team.
Result
The construction of the Vision Centre was achieved on time thanks to our value engineered design, and successful construction stage. It’s an important addition to the building, highlighting the features of the new development and the suites that are on offer, including the 5 Sheldon-designed suites
