An expansion of Sheldon’s Treasury portfolio in Melbourne.
Following the success of their Sydney office, Sheldon was engaged by the Department of Treasury to undertake works at Collins Street, Melbourne. With value being the priority of this project, Sheldon aimed to deliver a design and construct solution that met and exceeded the needs of the brief whilst improving the overall look and feel of the space.
Solution
To accommodate for the requirements of The Treasury, the Sheldon team worked closely with security contractors and assigned a project manager with NV1 security clearance, to ensure the whole process ran seamlessly and the best possible outcome could be achieved for our client.
