A high-level security, customised government workplace.
In a continuation of their relationship, Sheldon was selected to complete a refurbishment of The Treasury’s
office, bringing it up to a high-standard, especially considering security requirements.
Solution
As a requirement, The Treasury needed a high level of security considerations throughout their Sydney office. At Level 29, 201 Kent St, Sydney, a zone 4 secure room was mandated and installed, as well as several instances of high level acoustic partitions. Sheldon were able to engineer and implement solutions for these requirements through coordination between internal divisions and the expertise of NV1 security cleared project team members. Specifically, the senior project manager for this project was included for their long history in high-security fitouts and a close working relationship with security contractors.
Result
Overcoming challenges and the modification of a lot of the built structure, Sheldon was able to deliver a modern upgrade that featured custom furniture and high grade security assurances including acoustically secure walls.
