Sweeping city views match impressive suites.
Sheldon was recommended to deliver a speculative fitout for Lighthouse Project Group on behalf of Zurich. Working extensively with our design team throughout the design and construct process, the space was divided into three speculative suites to provide optimal value for money, one full floor on level 8 (639sqm), and two on level 10 (246sqm, 338sqm).
Solution
Sheldon successfully capitalised on the building’s prime city views through an open plan layout that blends several workspace types and areas. The design team prioritised the front of house and breakout spaces to ensure that clients could garner and maintain a strong impression from visitors.
Result
Despite budget constraints, Sheldon designed and constructed three speculative suites that are all flexible, modern, and with consistent, quality finishes throughout. With one suite leased prior to construction, it’s safe to say Sheldon’s work on Level 8 & 10 accommodates future ways of working.
