Staged Base Building Upgrades for Peakstone across 55 & 45 Clarence St

Sheldon’s strong partnerships with building owners have been key in delivering high-quality, cost-effective upgrades across various properties. A standout example is our staged base building upgrades for Peakstone at 55 Clarence St. After successfully completing a full-floor speculative fit-out that incorporated inter-tenancy bathroom and lift upgrades, Sheldon continued to provide tailored solutions over a 12-month period, ensuring the property’s consistent improvement.

At 45 Clarence St, Sheldon completed upgrades on Levels 17 and 18, delivering cohesive and modern facilities that enhance the building’s status as a premium asset. The upgrades included bathroom and lift lobby renovations featuring a clean, neutral, and warm aesthetic, balancing functionality with sleek design. Similarly, at 1 Eden Park Drive, Sheldon carried out a full-floor refurbishment encompassing bathrooms, lift lobbies, and speculative suites, showcasing the team’s capability to handle larger-scale projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Level 3, 1 Eden Park Drive | Spec Suites, Bathrooms, Inter Tenancy Walls, Lift Lobby Upgrades

A continuation of Sheldon’s existing relationship with building owner Kador Group at 1 Eden Park Drive, Macquarie Park, the team were contracted to completely renovate a full floor. The project included a make good, three fully fitted speculative suites with inter tenancy walls (completed by Sheldon’s in house partitioning team, and a renovation of the existing bathrooms and lift lobby areas. By completing all works at the same time, Sheldon were able to streamline the program of the project and reduce cost by utilizing internal trades for simultaneous components. Planned by the same team, each element of the refurbished floor was designed to align with a unified style, creating a consistent working experience across the level.
