Crafting Two Exclusive Executive Suites at the Top of North Sydney’s Iconic Building
Sheldon Interiors has successfully delivered two stunning executive suites on Levels 22 and 23 of 141 Walker Street, North Sydney, showcasing premium finishes, practical spatial planning, and user-focused features.
Spanning 515 sqm on Level 22 and 628 sqm on Level 23, both spaces were carefully designed to meet the highest standards of luxury while addressing key challenges such as limited natural light and accessibility. These top-floor suites reflect a refined aesthetic, with welcoming communal spaces and thoughtfully curated layouts that promote both collaboration and privacy. Sitting at the top of 141 Walker Street, these suites combine these striking design features with sweeping views and a sky-high setting that give the suites both breathing room and presence.
Level 23 - A Vision of Luxury
At Sheldon, our design team envisioned Level 23 as a refined executive suite that blends high-end aesthetics with functional planning. Leveraging the premium views over Sydney Harbour, we enhanced natural light flow by reworking existing partitions and joinery. Our in-house teams delivered a front-of-house lounge complete with kitchen amenities, resolving accessibility challenges while elevating the arrival experience. Finishes like honed concrete flooring, limestone benchtops, feature lighting, and residential-inspired furniture come together to create a sophisticated, elevated atmosphere.
Level 22 - Blending Residential Warmth with Elegance
Level 22 was a blank canvas—allowing our integrated design and delivery teams to curate a fresh and cohesive workspace grounded in warm, earthy tones. All partitions were removed to maximise light and flow, while our joinery and manufacturing divisions introduced rich timber finishes, natural stone surfaces, and black laminates to shape a welcoming yet elegant interior. From quiet zones to collaborative spaces, the design supports diverse workstyles and promotes comfort, wellbeing, and flexibility.
Sustainable Design and Material Use
As part of Sheldon’s ongoing commitment to sustainable practices, our design team planned material use strategically to reduce waste wherever possible. On Level 22, our design team calculated the stone yield for the back kitchen bench with precision—then repurposed the remaining slab to craft the sculptural “donut” island feature. This in-house coordination between design and manufacturing was used throughout the builds, guaranteeing efficient use of materials, minimal offcuts, and a more environmentally conscious outcome—all without compromising on the visual impact.
