A holistic space that reflects Experian’s brand and workplace needs.
A continuation of Sheldon and Experian’s relationship in North Sydney, Sheldon constructed a full floor fitout for the global financial services provider at Level 7, 118 Mount St. Light filled and modern, Experian’s new workplace features an array of social, collaboration, and focus areas in a holistic space, both functionally and aesthetically.
Solution
In addition to previous experience working with Experian, Sheldon had extensive prior experience working in 118 Mount St, having completed Levels 6, 8, 9, and 10.
Sheldon’s experience and reputation working with 118 Mount St’s building manager and within the base building requirements created assurance for Experian and allowed the process to run smoothly.
The highlight of Experian’s new space is the multifunctional front of house area, fitted with a deep blue feature kitchen, booth/bench seating, high and low tables, and pool table, all of which can be reconfigured to satisfy Experian’s requirements. Additional spaces include boardrooms that can be transformed into a large conference space via a movable wall, multiple open breakout points, closed meeting rooms, and a maternity room.
Result
Experian experienced a transformative shift with this office. The modern and collaborative design fosters a dynamic work environment, enhancing employee creativity and productivity. The strategic layout also streamlined workflow, promoting efficient communication and teamwork.
