Nine suites completed in a collaborative staged project.
This project subdivided a floor at 4 Drake Avenue, Macquarie Park, into 9 speculative suites including a upgraded lift lobby / common area. The design development was extended and adapted throughout the project process to adjust for leasing concerns and ongoing decisions.
Solution
The brief for the new fitout was to create a space that would help staff enjoy being at work, whilst being practical, team orientated and cost effective. Taking a staged approach, Sheldon was able to procure and expand the existing head contract.
Timeline and budget was met by utilising Sheldon’s in-house design, project management, plasterboard, electrical, and manufacturing divisions. Sheldon’s in-house teams added value by accommodating business continuity throughout the staged works which were undertaken in a live environment.
Encouraging smarter waste management, with the help of Sheldon's in-house joinery and manufacturing divisions. Sheldon developed integrated waste management and recycling solutions for utility areas and kitchen breakout spaces within joinery.
Result
The final product showcases spaces for tenants looking to make quick and seamless transition to new premises that are creative and encourage high performance and productivity.
