Three suites, three distinctive styles.
Following the leasing success of multiple speculative suites on Levels, 5, 14 and 19, at 323 Castlereagh Street, Sheldon was asked to create something special for LaSalle Investment Management, this time for three distinctive suites on Level 6. The design was workshopped closely with LaSalle to ensure the aesthetic and finish was exactly what the client and prospective tenants were looking for.
Solution
Aptly titled "The Arthouse", "Coastal Retreat", and "Inner City Loft", the speculative suites satisfy post-pandemic work styles, through dynamic and vibrant spaces. The suites have strong visual identities, capturing moments of comfort and elegance to make the spaces future-focused and stand out in the market.
“Resimercial” design provides much needed comfort to the workspace, bringing together elements from the residences, cafés, and traditional workstations that have become popular with professionals during the rise of remote working.
Suite two is a contemporary space that fosters creativity through bold design choices. We created a dynamic suite featuring prominent tiles, black features, and strong textural elements. The palette is sophisticated and edgy, with dark colours serving as a backdrop for the tiling, exposed ceiling, feature carpets and light fixtures.
Result
All suites were delivered on time and within budget. The three distinctive suites each have a broad market appeal, and two were leased off the plan. The home-like comforts of each of the suites demonstrates the strength of this style of workplace design.
