Contemporary speculative suites that accommodate business needs in Rhodes.
With a tight timeframe and specific budget in mind, the building owner at Rhodes Corporate Park wanted to split 1,000sqm of space into five contemporary speculative suites, targeting small businesses.
Solution
The design concept focused on creating a future proofed space. This was done through a variety of quiet and collaborative zones which provide a choice of work settings aligning with the contemporary user.
Due to value engineering from our in-house design teams, Sheldon created a strong design concept that fit within the desired budget. Consistent and clear communication across all in-house departments brought this project to completion on time and within budget.
Result
The result was five stunning suites, in an open and contemporary space. Each suite features a different colour palette, with classy finishes and décor that remained affordable. Four suites were leased immediately with the other leased shortly after.
